It's not set in stone yet, but we are in all likelihood moving here within the next few months. This is where my family is and this is truly paradise:
This little city that I love is right on the ocean. I found this video on youtube and it made me sit here, grinning like a fool. Please, be kind to yourself and watch it; this is what life should be like.

Beautiful! Florida is gorgeous! Enjoy that move :-)
ReplyDeleteMrs.D, I am adding a video that you just HAVE to go back and watch! Please do!
ReplyDeleteI'm moving there with you!!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Those little dogs are having a blast.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Florida...I've been to Louisiana, Texas and even Mississippi but never Florida. That's unusual for a Canadian because, apparently, we all go there...
ReplyDeleteLol! I think you are the only yankee who hasnt been here! We moved here from Florida but we are looking at the mid to south east coast. My brother-in-law is a realtor there so I'm sure we will get a good deal. Im very excited.
ReplyDeleteI claim the spare room!!!!! Beautiful!!! You lucky lucky Beej you!
ReplyDeleteFour, when we move, you and Carol are welcome to visit. I mean that.
ReplyDeleteAlso, both kids moved out and are on their own. So now it's time for mama.
Beej i hope the move goes smoothly. I would love to live on the beach there. but i would hate hurricanes.. My BIL and wife are moving from Arizona to West Virgina here soon. he got transferred as Maitnance manager to another hotel to make twice as much. But something tellsme that the twice as much equals twice as much for rent also..LOL..
ReplyDeleteWell, we are just over the Florida line and moved here from Tallahassee so hurricanes are nothing unique to me. As long as they are under a category 4, they dont really bother me THAT much.
ReplyDeleteRealtors have been contacted here and my b-i-l will serve as our realtor there. I'm excited!
I lived in southern Virginia, and I hope yout family enjoys their new state. It's such a beautiful part of the country.
Moving is a lovely feeling isn't it- you get to start over with a clean slate.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a guest hammock and little cabin for a certain someone...
ReplyDeletewonderful news for you to potentially move closer to your family.
gee, I hope the kids go with you...???
No they arent. Im kidless now.
ReplyDeletebut you can come lol
