I start my first Zumba class in about two hours. if it doesn't kill me, I'm going to go again on Thursday evening. So my schedule will include three to four days at the gym, and two evenings with Zumba classes, weekly. In January, I will trade the Zumba lessons for Samba classes.
They say what doesn't kill you will make you stronger.
Wish me luck.

Good luck!!!
ReplyDeleteEvertime you say Zumba I think of Zorba...
No surprise there...it's all Greek to me...;-)
Sounds like fun. I recommend you watch the PBS documentary called "Latin Music USA".
ReplyDeleteI added you to my blog roll Beej.
Have fun and enjoy yourself.. Watching that video I dont know if I could do it... I was actually thinking about Yoga here at the YMCA when the girls do there gymnastics and swimming..
ReplyDeleteThanks Stagg! I'll check out the latin music doc too.
ReplyDeleteTweetey, yoga is good too. I did hatha yoga years ago until i kind of got freaked out with it. But that was only because i got into the 'third eye' thingy with the candle flame. It weirded me out. I'm weird enough without going new age.
Hey, Billy! What class did you teach?
ReplyDeleteI used to be better on computers than I am now, have lost interest in a lot of it, but I taught other monkeys how to use computers and the internut.
Good luck with the dance lessons, never did get into them myself, about the only dancing I was ever interested in was slow dancing as if we was one.
Vertical foreplay, but that is what all dancing is about anyway.
Oh, but Billy...nothing is as sexy as a slow samba...
